Absolutely, we have support articles very often with videos to help clients know how to change their site them selves. Also, if a client gets our of their depth they can simply drop us a support ticket and we will do it for you.

The integration process will be the first thing we do. Whilst we don’t integrate with every ATS out there the ones we do take very little time to integrate with.

We do, however the client would need to build an integration with the Refari platform using our API and webhooks.

Unfortunately, this is something we do not do, the Refari platform generates many of the advanced features we need to build a highly functioning Recruitment website, and so we would be restricted in what we can offer as a result. Ultimately, in this scenario, we would end up delivering a website that does not meet the Refari standard.

Of course, the template websites act as a great starting point for our web development team and we can certainly swap out features or capabilities from any template site and bring it into another.
